I am a current resident of Franklin Hills Apartments at Southfield,MI.
The cost of the apartments is too high, Is no any safety/security in the complex, time to time some people trying to break in or steal some vehicle and managment nothing to do about it. To call a maintanance service you have to prove or argue with manager,
