Franklin Hills is the worst place to live ever. If you just can't afford another Southfield Place it may be for you as far as cost...the cost is to high for what your livin in. Management wants there rent but won't do anything about noise...don't live on the first floor because you can hear everything above you including every step your neighbor makes. Doors slamming all hours of the night and you have all types of people living in these apartments. I believe they put all the whites together and all the ------. And I believe with everything I have that the people across the hall from me are selling drugs.

This is the worst place on earth to live. Management personnel is rude, unpleasant, anc could care less about the residents!!!
