I presently lived in Franklin Hills Apartment townhomes, this is one of the worse places to live. All management is concern about is collecting their rent, the present manager (Boyd) is very arrogant doesn't know how to approach clients when it comes to maitainance request or complain. He needs some customer service training. the apartment is infected with all kinds of insects and bugs. I can't wait to move!!!!!!!!!!!

I totally agree with the previous person. Franklin Hills apartments are nasty. They have roaches. Yes you heard right, ROACHES!I talked to a neighbor & they are having the same problems. When I told management about this issue all they said was that they'll have my unit exterminated. Hello! The whole building needs to be exterminated. Roaches lay eggs & they multiply. The door in which people enter is always broken & it takes management weeks to fix the problem. These apartments are reasonable in price but now I see why. If you like to live with roaches, spiders, ants, etc. Move to Franklin Hills.

I agree with the two previous posters. I wish I hadn't moved here and I'm ready to go now. The neighbors are nosey, the floor boards are bad, sounds like the people upstairs are coming through the floor. Kid's everywhere and undesireables getting picked up by the police. The rent is reasonable but its just not worth it. If you can stand roaches, a bunch of kids and nosey neighbors this is the place for you. O and did I mention my kitchen door feel off and I've been calling for 2 months for them to come repair it? Well I was told that the maintence is very busy (drinking in the parking lot) and as soon as they can come they'll fix it. Well it hasn't happened yet, guess they're still busy, lol!

I've read all your opinions and now I'm not going to move there.. thank god for this site... I do have a questions.. the roaches. were they in the apartment or the townhomes? I can only afford an apartment not a townhome...thanks

I have seen the maintenance drink in the parking lot to but its after 5pm. News flash after work the maintence become humans. Anyways it doesn't matter they have fired all new staff. The new staff seems much better. the grounds guy is okay he is doing alot i think I always see him out and about. They also just put new flooring in my kitchen and bathroom. vinyle!
