I have been reporting issues with roaches in my Apt. since Nov. building Mgr. is rude and unhelpful apt/ has been sprayed with barrier treatment 4 times to no avail. it took 3 times for building mgr to come inspect building he told me it was bc it was cold out side, then it was my fault bc they are attracted to water and so I shoudn't have dish water in my sink. My wall in the closet leaks... carpet and wall soaking wet, no one attempted to replace wood or carpet, breeding mold. Refuses to move me to a new building.I have a 7 week old son. Building Mgr. left note in my door telling me that if it is determined my living conditions are issue my residency will be terminated Even though I have had issues since before my furniture even arrived. This is the worst place I have ever lived in in my entire life. I have lived in alot of places and I have never had a landlord this rude or condescending, nor have I EVER had a roach or bug problem of any kind. Boyd definitely needs Customer service training and the Health Dept. needs to close this place down.do

Your getto. Clean your house and you wouldn't have issues. Roaches are not going to live where there is no food or water. CLEAN UP you pig! I have lived there too. No bug issues perhaps because i don't leave dishes in my house around or in the sink. You get a letter stating what you need before they treat. If you can read (assumeing) you should have followed the instructions you wouldn't need to be treated 4 flippin times. Nasty. You have a new born, clean up! Any maintenance issues I had were resolved in a timely manner. I think it was because I actually called them in. Unlike most ghetto residents like you and I call in my work requests instead of screaming at the guys like apes. I liked my unit but some of the residents are just ghetto, clean up after yourself. Thankfully I have remained here getting discounts on my rent for signing up for another year and people like you have gone!

Ghetto has never been one of my traits...neither has keeping a nasty apartment... You concocted this story of my house being dirty however several residents in this building had a bug problem before I got here ----- because I asked. And I also know that I don't have ---- to do with the basement being filthy and bug infested ...if it is due to my house being dirty then explain that...There were roaches in my apt before there was furniture or dishes or anything to be dirty...so ---- u and and your mangy ass dog and that raggedy ass truck ...I'm glad you're gone..I yelled at you bc you're a ----in moron...assuming you can ------- read this that is...
