The complex I lived in was bad with bugs(ground floor),had the ceiling collapse in closet and the staff was just plain rude and unhelpful. If you have any problems they might get dealt with in a months time, if your lucky. You also have to pay rent at a different building and if your even a day late for whatever reason you'll see court papers fast. which is funny, because with everything else they are brutally SLOW! My experience was the worst I've ever had!!!!
