I feel like we pay too much money to constantly have to call for maintenance, the apartments look nice but I have to call for something to be fix every month and I also wish they had elevators . Thanks

My experience at Franklin River has been a good one. Like any other places they have maintenance issues, however the leasing office made sure to get on the situation immediately. Its cool to have access to extra amenities on the premises

Updates to the apartments. If not inside the apartments, at least the common spaces. There is also steady issues with the security. The arms have to keep coming down or are being hit. Our door accessing the actual apartment building also doesn't close.

It is okay. The rent is higher than the quality of the apartments. The appliances are outdated and the cabinets need fixing. But is suffices if this is your first apartment. The leasing staff are nice and responds to anything you need.

I've been here since 2019, never had a problem ratio they've always been on top I never trust anything I've ever requested. Maintenance including the office staff have always been kind and generous with answering questions or any concerns.

My experience with Franklin River has been ok. Had a few issues with neighbors. The neighbor upstairs had a really bad water leak. Sometimes, neighbors will leave the rugs in the door. Makes it not as safe as it should be. Overall, it's been ok.
