I have lived in Franklin River for almost two years. I was sastified with my living experiences...until I had a sitiuation which caused me to have to deal directly with management. I found that all they care about is money and they will accomodate their pockets way before they accomodate you. I would never advise anyone to give their money to the greedy, self-accomodating management there. I'm moving very soon from this place!!!!
