I live at Franklin River and I am not satisfied. The rent is too high to have signs left in the hallway telling residents to take dirty dipers to the dumpster instead of leaving them in the trash can by the door. The fitness room was also a nice perk I was looking forward to until I found out they keep it way too warm to work out in resulting in me spending more money to join Powerhouse gym. When the weather is warm you have a large group of teen agers hanging out on the steps in front of your door, making it difficult to enter or exit. I've almost fallen twice because although snow is cleared no salt is put out on side walks or by car ports to melt ice & last but not least to be told after I signed the lease that my rent was the amount of whatever special they were offering at the time I moved in if it was paid before the 5th. If it is paid after that time due to any emergency that may come up your rent is at market value which raises what you pay another 281 dollars. I will not be signing another lease.
