This is how I would describe Franklin River Apartments- MY HOME! I originally moved in FRA shorthly after the complex was newly built. It was "fabulous"! I moved out for a few years and upon my return I was blessed to receive MY SAME APARTMENT! God is Good. The staff is always warm,cordial and very professional even when the residents are not so nice and uncooperative. I care so much about this community and that is why I came back.The rent has been stable for over 20 years without any big increases like some of the other complexes. The management responds very well to problems even if short handed or changes in employment staff. I love the FREE social events. I would love for all the residents to band together and help the management staff keep a clean, quiet,fun enviornment for us to live in.
