I must admit, the leasing associates were near perfect when they courted me into signing a lease. After signing the lease, the leasing associates got less attentive as I needed them. I also found out that the maintenance personel is inadequate and untimely. The maintenance staff always have an excuse as to how long it will take to make the repair and can't tell you specifically when the repair will be made. The Franklin River apartments is like a piece of brass, they shine on the surface, but they lack true substance. Advice: SHOP AROUND!
