Look if you like to live half way decent do not live hear. The whole complex is a joke. The City of Southfield really needs to look into how this place is ran. It is a horrible horrible experience. Just read all the compliants from previous tenants. Fair warning!! They even stole my security deposit!!!

dido, I been living at Gardenview for 10 months I complain about to hot ac do not work all the time,to cold heat go out and don't forget the ROACHES,it sad that adults here keep this place nasty and the owner is all about the money he do not care about keeping tenats and this place is section-8 at least 80% once lease up a move a must and i better get my BLANK BLANK deposit back
