This is the worst living experience I have ever had. Garbage in the hallway, shady office staff, poor maintenance, sky high heating bills in the winter due to cheap windows. Bullet holes in the hallway (guess how that happened) trash in the hallway and all over outside. Paper then walls. Even on the second floor is sounds like someone is stumping on the roof. Very noisy. Cheap carpet.. I could go on but I think I've said enough.
