First of all, the management staff has no customer service skills. They act like they are doing the tenants a favor, rather than vice versa. If they had no tenants, they would have no job.

1-Apartment broken into. Also, three other apartments broken into. Tried to call office - something was wrong with their phone. Good thing I had kept the maintenance number or no one would have came to repair door. Hartman Tyner (The owners) have no customer service skills either.

2 - Pool has been closed all summer due to "the emergency phone is not working". That is the only answer I received. Why has it not been fixed''''

3- Gas bill too high in winter. Billed through Energy Billing so you cannot call them, you have to call the manager to complain and she knows nothing.

4 - Summer DTE bills were $200 plus per month starting with June bill. August bill was $236. Of course, the management tells you that there is nothing they can do about it - but I have own a house that I rent out with central air and the bills there were only 100-120 per month. I believe the meters are hooked to the outside lighting and hallways. I spoke with other tenants in the building and their light bill was more than mine!!!

5 - October 2007 - they are raising the rent and I believe that are going to start charging for water.

I am moving 9/30/07 - the year lease is up. If you do move in - please only do a 6 month lease.

It is unfortunate that Hartman Tyner does not take care of the property or try to hire employees that have an interest in the tenants' and not have the "I don't care attitude." Hartman Tyner owns other properties. One in W Bloomfield. I went out there and believe me it is managed much better. Why do you thing that is''''
