Lancaster is a very nice place. I highly recomend the place if your looking for a nice apartment. Ocasionaly the kids may come outside and make a little noise. But, kids may be kids. Other than that Lancaster is a ocassionaly quite place. There are many elderly people that live in the complex, so we try to keep it down. There is also a very nice pool that we have and its open to the residents of Lancaster throughout the summer but thier are rules and regulations that you must follow. But, its nothing that you cant handle. But one thing that I do not recommend is the loud muisic because it can disturb many peple wich may result in a complaint.
