I've lived at North Park Place for over a year now and I love my apartment. You can't beat the value for the size. I was little concerned about moving into a highrise and I have not been disappointed. The walls are pretty solid so I don't hear my neighbors as much as I thought. My apartment is huge and I got a great deal on it. I lived in west bloomfield prior to here and I was paying $300 more monthly for an apartment smaller than North Park. I work downtown so the location isn't bad either.
