16400-16300 bldgs are ok the maintenance crew could fix things in a more timely manner. I have been here for less than a year. I really do think that the rent is a little expensive for the services you don't receive. The staff is ok. The overall view/look is ok. There is parking sec. patrolling the lots (I do like that). I don't think they check into peoples background enough because there are 10 people in some apts. I don't think that is right. I'll stay there for maybe 1-2 years and move on......
