i have been living here for almost 8 months. main advantages are size (1000 sq ft for 1 br), concrete walls, underground parking, very convenient access to m-10, nice view, heat and ac included, good managers, outdoor pool, free gym, convenience store in building. Main disadvantages are location (not the nicest neighboorhood), the parking lot floods on occasions, appearance could improve, no washer/dryer in unit. im very happy overall, with no significant problems so far.
