I lived in a two bedroom apt and really did not have any trouble. It was very roomy with walk-in closets. Maintenance was only needed when we initially moved in for little things. The elevator was great during moving times and for groceries. Laundry on each floor. I don't think I ever heard my neighbors. Secured entry to building. There was a small pool but I never used it. Not a bad area for highway access but that depends where you are going. All in all, pretty good place.
