I will give bullet points to make it short:
-Stacey Nixon is thee worst! She told me to make a rent payment in the office and SHE LOST MY CHECK! (There was no offer to pay my canceled check fee)
-I had to pay court cost and was in the process of being evicted because Stacey lost my check. (There was no offer to refund those cost)
-There is a 5 day grace period but if rental payments are not in by the 2nd you will receive an eviction notice.
-There were several beehives on my balcony & window(I was stung 4 times DURING THE BLACKOUT of '03) and instead of mngt sending someone to remove the beehive, I was given a can of spray.
-During a stove repair in the apt, I walked into my apt and found that the 1 of the contracted repair guys was taking a --- in my bathroom. (They were outside contractors)
-Lighting in parking area goes out regularly.
-Residents leave trash all around outside, not in the dumpster.
-Bedroom has poor vent location-too hot in summer & too cold in winter.
-Bathroom sink faucet sounds like a boat fog horn when you turn the water on.
-It is a pretty quiet complex though!

I use to live there in the late 1990's had the same rent problem- lost checks and supposedly rent checks were not posted on the right apartment and so forth- they tried to evict me but I sued them and won- because I lost some of my furnishings that the police threw out in the pouring rain. I hired a lawyer- just make sure you keep your rent receipts and dates that you mailed them- I would send them certified and demand an address instead of po box
