Any one wanting to start a class action suit against may contact me by e-mail. I am so tired of going to court, but thank god for judges. The rent is due on the first of every month but you have a 5 (five) Day grace period. Our rent is $870.00 and we mailed it on the 3rd of the month and today we got a letter saying we owe $1100.00 plus a $50.00 late fee. Well guess what..... back to court we will go. I am tired of missing work to go to court even though we win the case. So I think I will pass out letters seeing if anyone else isa tired of this same treatment.One month the office lost our rent that was paid on time they took us to court for late charges and lost. They will not get another dime more than what we owe.
