I lived here for 6 months and broke my lease. I had rollie pollies in my apartment the whole time I lived there and management couldn't seem to figure out where they were coming from. They pulled the carpet back and caulked the concrete. After putting up plastic to my windows because they let in so much air, the day I was moving out, I found a window ceil full of rollie pollies. They were coming in through the windows. When I moved in, the apartment was dirty as if the cleaner was never there and the carpet was gross. They replaced my carpet 5 days later but I should have never been moved into A44. The kitchen floor was badly worn and should have been replaced. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
