This Apartment is Absolutely the WORST and their practices are borderline CRIMINAL!!! First off the Leasing Agent will LIE to get you into the building. I told her I had a small dog and she said it was fine as long as he wasn't larger than a cat, he's a Chihuahua. Well I signed the lease only to get a warning from the manager on the first day saying my dog had to go or I had to go because dogs weren't allowed PERIOD!!! Luckily when I filled out my application I wrote that I had a dog so they were unable to "boot me out then" . However the month prior to my lease being up I got a notice that they would not renew it, care to guess why'''' Talk about inconveniencing!!! Good thing I hadn't unpacked!!! The roof was leaking, a couple neighbors cars got stolen in the months I had been there, and children were constantly running in the halls, (and that was the "good building" according to the leasing agent). Some months after my move I had not received my security deposit. I called to inquire. After TWO weeks of calling their "on-site" office, (there is NO WAY to contact corporate other than mail!!!), I get a letter from their "Corporate" office, stating that I owe them $300!!!! Let me make sure you get this. I received NO bill until I called them months later!!! Their letter said the $300 due was for January, after their notice that they were not going to renew the lease told me not to pay January's rent!. Which would have been in keeping with the two months of rent free lease, (presumambly first -and-last), that I signed. Not so!!! ONCE AGAIN!!! They will say one thing to get you to sign and then it's something different after you do! WE are still going back and forth on this issue and they still have my $1256 deposit!!! So, their "low-all inclusive" rent looks too good to be true, I'm here to tell you it is!!!! And their "Free Rent" Ain't FREE!!! Unless you are 1 Step from being HOMELESS I would advise you not to move there!!! I'd rather take my chances with a cardboard box in the middle of Belle Isle!!!

Were you in a 1,2, or 3 bedroom? They just called me today stating that a 3 bedroom is available. We need to move asap and they are the most reasonable right now. I hope we will not have any bad issues..:-/

I had a 2 bedroom. Pine Aire is one of the least expensive apartments around however you end up paying in the end. Understand that with the space that they give and the low prices there must be a reason why they aren't ever at capacity. Everytime that you go to Rent.com you will see their advertisement. It's a revolving door one that I wish that I hadn't walked in. If you decide to move there I wish you luck. Beware of the leaseing Agent and Read all your documents carefully!!!
