From the time I spoke with her on the phone I knew that either she was disabled or a weirdo. I agreed to view some of the apartments at Pine Ridge and was convinced that she was both. Not only did she insist on taking me to so many apartments but she is not a very good communicator. She often cut me off while I was talking as I do not remember finishing an entire sentence without her interjection. She also listens to nothing you say and rambles. Guess what'! We even visited a few of the residents while I was touring the place. How unprofessional and weird. So many empty apartments in fact too many empty apartments I became quickly discouraged. She is chatty and seemed to be a busybody. I can not be bothered with that at this point in my life. I need peace and quiet not drama and weird leasing agents.

YOU SAI THE MAGIC WORD "WENDY"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She is the main reason why i did not take the apartment. She kept begging me for a table for the lady down the hall and for her sister she claimed. She talked and walked me to death. She tried to strong arm me into taking out some renters insurance that cost $900.00 A year. She presse me out and she tried to introduce me to the entire building when i am 110% hermit and introvert. I on't like people nor do i want them knocking on my door and knowing my go abouts daily. I felt so uncomfortable it was a hot mess. She trie to place me in an apartment by the swimming pool and that did'nt set too well with me cause i hate kids and i can just imagine the noise in the summer time when i work long hours and love my sleep. Needless to say i ran away from that place because of WENDY-BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SHE 3 SANDWICHS SHORT OF A PICNIC EWWWWWWWH LOL.
