My boyfriend and I moved here at the very end of December. The move was a swift and painless process. The management staff is extremely friendly. When we did have a maintence issue they would be resolved quickly. This apartment complex employs handicap adults to clean the lobby area of our buildings and I think that is so nice. The handicap people are well supervised and only stay for an hour or so in the afternoon. They do a very good job. The noise level is ok sometimes it can get a little noisy in the parking lot but its nothing too major. There are 3 major things about this apartment complex that I do not like:

1. We moved in while they were having a special, so a 1 bedroom apartment was $608 a month which is very reasonable. However after the first year the want to increase it to $730. That is crazy and why I am in the process of looking for another place.

2. There is only 1 washer and 1 dryer for every apartment building which means 9 apartments have to share it. That is so crazy and unpractical.

3. There is no where for the kids to play, so they play in the parking lot. Which is extremely dangerous and can at sometimes be a little noisey.
