The space for the price and the lay out is great. My neighbors are great very friendly. Our building is full of children but you rarely hear them (even mine) The washer & drier could be more secure so that you cant hear it..MY PROBLEM IS...my neighbors have brought with them from the middle east Pharoah ants..Little red ants that are annoying and my building is infested with them. They have tried everything to get rid of them but to no avail..I want to move but I dont want to take these little almost invisible ants with me! ARRRGGGG.. Just ask not to be moved in the building I am in
