I live in a 2 bedroom apartment with my son and my husband, although the apartment is very big, the management and apartment manager is hoooorible. The leasing agent is very nice though.The so called washer and dryers in the apartment are worthless. You can only wash 2 or 3 items at a time(seriously!)It also shrinks your clothes and makes your clothes smell like they are burnt. They also go through their own gas company. While every other apartment uses consumer energy, they use energy billing systems. In the time that I've been there my gas bill has never been less than $150 or more per month.The maitenance is awful. Also, about the manager, he is very cold and acts as if he can't give you any type of information when things go wrong or even if you just have a general question about something. I know people who have been close to getting into physical altercations with him, because of his rudeness.Ther are only 3 windows in the apartment, and when the wind blows,the blinds blow very hard because of poor insulation (very high bills!!)Please don't ever have a problem and have to be late with the rent,they charge a $250 court filing fee after 13 days and then if you try to explain your situation, the rude manager blatantly tells you that if you payed your bills on time, you wouldn't have this problem.There is limited parking and you may be forced to park your car on the other side of your complex.We've been there since july 06 and have been trying to break our lease since.One more thing, the dishwasher and washing machine are always on the broken.The door knobs are always coming off, and nails seem to come out of the floor. If you are thinking about living here, DON'T!!! It's like living in hell.
