I have live here for 4 months and love my apartment. It is very spacious and I don't hear much noise from my neighbors. The only problems I have is that I have to call maintenance too often, usually for the washer/dryer which is entirely too small. The leasing agent is very nice and pleasant but the manger is a grinch. He is very cold and rude. I recently had a problem with my rent posting and was trying to get information from him as well as explain the problem at hand. He was very cold and told me that my payment declined and I had to pay a late fee and should expect a letter in the mail. He basically blew me off. After I spoke with the leasing agent, she tried my method of payment again (never had problems before) because they just moved to a new credit card processing method and walla.... my payment was accepted. She explained to me that it could have been keyed in wrong the first time. Had I not talked to her, he would have had me charged for all kinds of fees. He needs a lesson in Customer service. Other than that I love my apartment and the complex as a whole.
