I have now been living in my apartment for a year . The apt is very spacious and offers what an apartment should. You cannot move into the apartments expecting not to hear other people, if thats what you want then you should move into a house. My apartment provided to me a safe and clean place to stay. Theres always someonne out cleaning the grounds, the landscaping is kept up well. The windows could use some repairing, as well as the ducts being cleaned out. Whenever I had any issues they were addresed quickly however with my air conditioning they had to come out over five times which was frustrating. Overall the apratments are great the people who are moving in could use a little help with apartment etique.

True, when you live in apartments you will hear noise from other people. But the noise shouldn't be so loud that it feels like you're in the same room. Management only addresses certain people's issues. I guess you're one of the lucky ones.
