It's perfect for one, but get the third floor. If you are on the second or first floor you get the chance to hear the people above you walking and since I live on the second floor I get the pleasure of hearing there toilet flush, water running, leaky faucet, and so on and so on. Did I mention that the pipes in the place are old and rusty (so it takes a good minute for the toilet to stop doing whatever it's doing). It's even worst when the people above you get up at 4:30 am to go to work.

The outside of the apartment are so cute, but when you walk in you have squeaky floors and dirty carpets.

Most people go out and buy pictures and new furniture for there apartment, but the first thing I bought was some earplugs!!
