I've been here for a few months now. So far so good. I took the advice of a few others who left reviews and took a third floor apt. I also got lucky and got a corner so I only have 1 common wall with another unit. I have not heard anyone from my building making any noise. As a matter of fact, there is only 1 resident that i see regularly.

The plae is clean as well. Every morning there are people who walk the grounds and pick up trash. The hallways and common areas are pretty well kept as well.

I my building there are about 24 units and there are 2 laundry rooms. There have only been 1 or 2 times that I went to wash and had to wait.

All of the units are 1 bedrooms, so very few children and teenagers lurking about. Lots of kids pop up in weekends though.

The area is pretty cool to. Meijers just opened down the street and there are lots of other stores in striking distance too.
