Well I've been here just under a month and I have to say i have no complaints.

The grounds are clean and pretty well lit. The laundry rooms (2 in each building) only have one washer and one dryer but i havent had to wait to wash.

Someone comes and cleans the halls every week so the inside of the building is always clean.

Maintenance is good; they fix problems in a pretty timely manner. I had an ant problem when i first moved in but they called an extermination company out and everythings been cool since then.

I live on the third floor and i only share a common wall with one other tenant. There are only one bedrooms in my building, but the chik across the hall from me has like 4 kids. She keeps them quiet for the most part though.

Overall i like the place the neighborhood is nice, tenants are quiet, staff is very friendly, Building is clean. I would recommend.
