I just want to say that Tel Twelve Place is stinky and stuffy. It seems like everytime someone SMOKE cigarettes and/or cook (burn) some food it comes right into my apartment. Eversense I moved into this apartment my sinuses have been tore-up! I have to constantly open my window even during the winter months to ventilate my apartment. I didn't realize these apartments where so small and cramped up! I can't see how two people can stay in a one bedroom here, its like they are breathing in each others oxygen! Then they have the neeeerve to increase the rent after the promotion is done. They are attempting to increase the rent to $600 for a 500 square foot apartment! (hahahaha) That is a closet. People be aware that the owners are cheap, money grubbers. These apartments should be considered as studio apartments with a rental rate of $350 max. Oh yeah, and I am not going to get on the sllllllllloooow maintenance.

I think tel twelve apartments are stuffy noisey very small stinkly and mangement sucks. Management is very unprofessional uneducated and lazy. I moved here in april of 2008 the worst experience of my life. Good luck getting anythng done that requires management. The hallways smell like cat urine and are like a sauna in the summer an winter. I constantly have to open windows. They also have a brown spider problem i have been bittin seven times by spiders. Dont do it.
