I have a feeling that all the bad reviews might be coming from those who didn't pay their rent and were evicted. I have lived here for 1 year and haven't had any of these problems. Sure, you will hear some noise every now and again-IT'S AN APARTMENT. If you want silence, you need to live in a single family home. The buildings are kept neat and clean and so is the landscaping. It's a good place to start off for a first time renter.
