Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
It's rather inexpensive. I've never had a major problem per say. The managment changes evyry other week. Things do take a while to get done. I've been lucky enough not to have a major problem. The rent is inexpensive for the sqaure footage and it almost balances out.
