There is only one positive thing about Willow Park is the apartment size. It is big and cheap. But you get what you pay for. Maintenance staff is one person for six floors. It took 8 weeks to fix my utensile drawer. There was no heat for an extremely long period last winter. The security is a joke, most security guards are over 80. The office changes on average once per month, the longest a manager has been there (in 2 1/2 yrs) was 2 months. The home office is very rude and inconsiderate to say the least. The interior of the building has not been updated since the last 70s.
