I leased an apartment here for an year. And apart from the price nothing else falls anywhere close to being good/pleasant. First the managment is rude. Secondly when i had a couple drain problems i had to deal with them myself since the maintanance takes atleast a week to get to your work. Glad i am finally out of there.
