I see it has been a long time since anyone has posted for this community. I can say that things have changed here in the last year. We just had a new manger start two months ago (the last had been here over a year). There is a team of three maintenance, and work requests are responded to with-in 24-48 hours. Updating is going on in different areas all the time now. I've been with the company for over 8 years and I've seen a great improvement in this property.
