I was a six year (1999-2005)resident at the apartment. I really don't have any complaints other then the management staff which is Etkin and Company. The first thing is that I requested a Verification of Rent from the office for my mortgage company. They did fill it out, but wouldn't give my lender a rental history, which tells how many times have you been over 30 days on your rent. They told me that they don't give out that info (this is the only property management company that don't give that out). Also, when upon moving from the apartment they took $34.01 for a missing cart, that was never given to me when I moved in, the lady who checked me in, must have just checked everthing on the checkin list and checked that I've had a cart up move in, which I've was hurried up to sign.

After saying all this, the apartment is not bad if you don't mind the occasional cars being broke into or Wheels being stolen off your cars that is supposed be patroled by security officers who are either sleeping, on the phone, flirting with the women in the building or just plain not paying attention. The walls are very thin,that you can hear loud music, arguments and the odors that stinks up the floor and your apartments. Also, I hope you like a whole bunch of basketball players that come from all over to play basketball everyday, which display foul languages, harass women, litter the Parking lot and is disrespectful to the no Trespassing signs.

The only thing that's positive about this place is the maintence people are very good about fixing any problems that you have.
