Years at this apartment: 1993 - 2006
 
After residing at "Willow Park Apartments" for the past fifteen years a new owner took over and renamed it "The Franklin." The name change could just as easily been Baghdad to Honolulu.
The building is being totally rehabilitated into a place anyone will be pleased and proud to live in.
