I love it here. Covered parking, security (guards & cams), laundry on each floor, well-kept, fast & fairly efficient maintenance, very clean (they exterminate each floor every 6 months), professional office staff...Only repeat occurences I have with maintenance was those damn sliding closet doors that I seem to have a prob with wherever I go! Appliances a lil outdated, but they always functioned properly.
I'm only moving bcuz I have to relocate to another state. I have lived here 2 years. When i 1st moved here a new company had just taken over & I havent had any problems. The only very minor complaints that I have is that I can hear my neighbors above me, @ times (muffled but I can still here them if they were being xtra loud, I guess). Also, I dislike the resident functions & cheesy seasonal decorations, considering that I don't care to attend them, yet my rent has increased by $15...
Overall, one would be happy here though. The area is decent & it's located conveniently near many, many businesses.
