I am currently living at the Lakes with my partner, and we can not wait until our lease is up. When we first walked though it was summer and I was very impressed with all of the light, windows and the french doors. I made an impulse decision to move in right away. Boy was I wrong.
The gated entrance the we pay more for is either broken, or people will sit ooutside of it until someone with a key comes along and has to let them in. Trash is left on the walk ways sometimes not even in bags. There is a strange rust like substance that keeps appearing on our bathroom walls and window sills no matter how much we clean. The heat won't ever stay on and the screens are to small for the windows allowing bugs to get in. We also had a constant problem with a neighbors car alarm going off all hours of the night for several weeks. I called management and even tracked down the car port number and license plate number for them. The noise only stopped when I tracked the man down myself and told him of the problem. Needless to say I will never recommend this company to anyone. It goes to show that the wrappings are often decieving.
