Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
I moved into The Lakes Apartments last year and just renewed my lease. The increase was only $10.00 a month...not that bad, I think.
Maintenance has been great both times I had to have them out for routine stuff. I've gotten referral bonuses for 2 friends and that almost paid for a month's rent. I'm thinking about buying a house next year, but if that doesn't happen, I'm staying put.
