Ok, I have lived in The Lakes for 10 of my 13 month lease. The Lakes has a beautiful community, no question. But don't be fooled by the appearance. When I first moved in, there were several dumpsters located througout the community. No more than 2 months into my lease, they ALL disappeared except for one which is located at the entrance. Mind you, this is a fairly large community so there is no walking to the dumpster. In addition, I have had an ant problem since I moved in. I called them every couple of months to have someone come out to spray and they do come out. But the ants never leave. Also, if you plan on staying longer than a year, expect at least a 4% increase in rent. For the money they charge for rent, they DO NOT meet expectations, trust me on this!
