Decent place to stay

I have only lived here for a few months, but from what I can tell, it is a decent place to stay. The landscaping is well maintained and it is a relatively quiet complex. Not to say that it is the perfect place, but most of the things that people complain about are typical apartment issues such as hearing movement or music in the apartments above, below, or next to them. In my opinion, that is something that you cannot avoid with the units being attached. If the neighbors are constantly noisy, that is a different story, so I guess it depends on your building. Parking is not ideal but this is something that you take into consideration before selecting this as your place of residence. Another complaint was that there is only one area to throw away your trash. I think that is a good thing. This way all trash is located in one area instead of throughout the complex. This directs the unwanted pests to one area instead of all over the place. It also eliminates overfilled dumpsters with trash hanging out presenting an eyesore for residents and their visitors. One thing that can be improved upon is the security gate. I know that you cannot stop people from driving in behind someone who has a remote to open it (without placing a guard there), but one thing that I can say is that the gate has been broken more than it has worked since I moved here. Other than that, I have received good service from a maintenance standpoint and for the most part it is a comfortable place for the money. My rent is reasonable considering the amenities that are offered and hopefully it will continue to be reasonable. I am satisfied so far.
