My wife and I lived there for a year. I noticed that the first review was done by a guy whose company paid for his apartment. I paid my own rent so I have a different perspective.

The Good:
--Nice apartments
--Attractive layout, a lake, many trees, very green
--Office staff is nice
--Workout facility, swimming pool great!
--Business office for use as well

The Bad:
--"gated community"--yeah, only when people weren't damaging one or both gates, which would then take between 1-4 weeks to fix. So much for the the security.
--Lots of parking if you live on the outskirts, but you had to pay $300 per year for a carport.
--Parking lots and car ports not very close to building. The best spot that you could get would still be a 50 yard walk to the building. Doesn't sound bad--but try carrying groceries that far and up the stairs. Made moving a real pain in the butt!

The Ugly:
--Our rent increased $40, so that's why we moved. Problem is it apparently increases about $40 every year--and we did not see the money at work (except to repair the gate!).

Bottom line:
If money is not an issue, a great place to live. However, if you don't use the workout room, the swimming pool, ect. (as we didn't very often), it is not worth the money. Proceed with caution!
