I've been here for 3 years and I'm SO ready to move! This is by far the WORST apartment I've ever lived in. The fireplace is nice, but it STAYS cold in my apartment (even with the heat on 90). I'm paying for a gate that they took down when the new manager arrived. I'm a single woman and get off work at 10:00 PM and feel unsafe. There's hardly any light and the door to the apartments do not lock. There's a catwalk outside my window, so everybody in the WORLD can see what I have if I open my blinds for some sunlight. A few neighbors scream outside for no reasaon. I have a prime carport outside my building... that I'M paying for and other people park in. The building I live in looks HORRIBLE. The carpet is filthy, there's marks on the wall, and part of the banister is broken. On top of that they tell me my rent will increase to $977.00. PLEASE, PLEASE, don't waste your time here.
