The management staff is horrible, and rude. If you have a question it will take several phone calls to get an answer and each person will tell you a different answer. They do not give notices in a timely manner. The sidewalks were not shoveled in the mornings before work so you risked a slip and fall trying to get to your car. And, my car was hit, I tried to report it to the manager and they said they don't take information about car thefts or accidents. The maintenance staff takes forever to fix anything in the apt. Sometimes it takes days before they fix anything in the apt and if they do, they may have to fix it twice. I've had to complain about the residents not cleaning up after their dogs, and not walking their dogs on a leash: no changes.

You must have gotten a two year lease- 2006-2008-- Why are you still living there or why did you renew your lease?

I partly agree. The parking is TERRIBLE.I like my apartment, however this place has a few things that I could def live without. There is pet $hit everywhere ducks and dogs $hit everywhere. Our truck was vandelized and the theives tried to steal our tires. Unfortunately the truck across from us got all four tires stolen!I will say that if we have a maintence issue, the usually respond within 24-48 hours. I like our washer and dryer in our apartment. In the winter we turn the heat on 80 but it is still cold. I hate the third floor I wish I would have gotten a second florr. The bad a$$ kids from the apartments in the neighborhood sneak into the pool area in the summer and they are bad!
