I have lived here for almost a year and just renewed my lease! I really can't imagine a better, more caring staff. Any time there is something that needs to be fixed, they come almost immediately and are happy to do it. Service with a smile. The office staff is very competant and I can trust them to receive faxes for me, make sure my oven is off (sometimes I am a little forgetful) or even give me directions around town as I am new to the area.

They just did a lot of work so you can see that they really try to keep the place up. The pool and hot tub are very nice and quiet.

The location really couldn't be better, right in the center of the Detroit area so if I want to go out in Royal Oak or go downtown or out to Novi they are all so close. Really helpful with gas prices.

The only thing is that ugly complex across the street but they have been doing a lot of work on it so maybe that will make the area even better.

This is the place to move if you want a nice apartment that doesn't cost a ridiculous amount of rent.
