I moved in two years ago from a high rise building in Southfield. My rent is a little more expensive but I get a lot more like a washing machine, large windows and no riff-raff. You pay have to pay for your utilities but at least you have control over them!

The thing I love the most is the peaceful, calm setting but its so close to the expressway and shopping, restaurants, etc.

Some of the apartments are like condos with their own front porch and back patio. I have to go into a hallway though.

Will definitely continue staying here until I buy a condo.
