This place is not worth the money

If you are looking for a place that will, take your money and laugh in your face this is the place. Security is horrible, parking is terrible, office is never there for you, maintance the guys are friendly, but the work never seems to get down. Grounds well if you don't mind walking around dog dumps you'll be O.K. They rip you off with the trash and water bill BIG TIME. Overall this place is just not worth the money.

I agree with the water/sewage bill it is a total ripoff and th maintenance guys ge the job done but is unprofessional looking. management is nice well mostly Rose but not Chris. Overall it's not too bad but it is overpriced and I have not seen any bugs in my apartment which is always a plus!!:)
